EYBS' visit to TNL in Livewire

We were thrilled to see Toronto Northern Lights' story about our recent visit to their rehearsal as the first story in the May 6 edition of LiveWire, the BHS' electronic newsletter. The story read as follows:

Inter-Chapter visits bring Barbershoppers together!

Many members recall with the great fondness the once common practice of chapters visiting each other's rehearsals. This well-loved tradition has been popping up in more Districts over the past several years... here are two recent examples!

Toronto Northern Lights and East York Barbershoppers

"We were also thrilled to be joined by our good friends and the original sponsor of our Chapter, the East York Barbershoppers. They brought with them an incredibly thoughtful and generous gift of a hand crafted podium, commemorating our gold medal in 2013 and the relationship between the two organizations.

Thank you so much to both David for your assistance, and to East York for your ongoing support and friendship. We're a very lucky bunch of guys!"

We had a great time at their rehearsal and it was our pleasure to present them with their new podium.
